Englewood Fishing Club
  It's more than fishing ... it's a way of life.


On October 8, 2015, Chef Tim Cash, Executive Chef  for the Beyond The Sea restaurant in Englewood , Fl, led a seminar on how to prepare and cook fish. The fish prepared, including Red Fish, Red Grouper, Black Drum, and Mangrove snapper was caught and donated by Englewood Fishing Club members.

Chef Tim discussed various seasoning used in cooking fish and several ways to cook the fish. He prepared blackened fish, broiled fish grilled fish, fried fish, baked whole fish, steamed fish in banana leaves. Club members enjoyed a sample taste of each fish at the end of the demonstration.
